As many of our products are custom-made and personalized, each item is produced specifically for you.

During holidays, peak seasons, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Global Manufacturing & Fulfillment

To provide faster production and delivery, Customiahub.com owns and operates manufacturing facilities across multiple countries and regions worldwide.

Depending on the product type, production capacity, and shipping destination, your order will be produced and shipped from the most suitable company-operated manufacturing facility. This global manufacturing network allows us to maintain consistent product quality, improve production efficiency, and provide faster delivery to customers around the world.


Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using one or more of the following carriers, depending on the destination and shipping method:

The shipping carrier will be selected automatically to provide the most efficient delivery service available.


Shipping Costs

From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping on eligible orders or promotional events.


Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If you notice an incorrect shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately.

Once production has begun or the order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.


Lost or Delayed Packages

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Customs inspections
  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays
  • High shipping volumes

If your package appears delayed or tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact our support team. We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist whenever possible.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

After review, we will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, where applicable.


Personalized Products

As each personalized product is made specifically for you, production begins shortly after your order is placed.

Please carefully review all customization details before completing your purchase.

Custom Hub Inc. is not responsible for customer-submitted errors, including:

  • Misspelled names or text
  • Incorrect dates
  • Low-resolution or incorrect images
  • Incorrect customization selections
